Invited by China’s Huajiao Live Video app, i had my first live video experience accompanied with Prof. Zhang. In the live video, we talked about how to behave more positive and clean the "negative power" in our mind. For anxious and depressive young generation , we tried to answer live questions and give suggestions of improving the mental health of them. One session of the live video is major depression disorder (MDD), we hope our suggestions and the live video are helpful.
